CEMİLUSTA was founded in 1944 by M. Cemil Kızıltaş as a small workshop specializing in the production of spare parts and maintenance of imported woodworking machinery. Driven by increasing industry demand, the company soon began manufacturing its own machines, introducing its first saw sharpening machine in 1945 and expanding its product portfolio with innovative woodworking solutions in the following decades.
